The Kind Step – Where Hearts Connect
Taking place on August 1 & 2, 2025 in Nga Bay Ward, Can Tho City, the “2025 Pink Vacation Campaign – The Kind Step” program has left many beautiful impressions. With the participation of many organizations, individuals, and businesses, including HI-FOODS – BAMBOO, the program has given not only material gifts but also humanity and hope for the paths ahead.
1,000 notebooks – A small gift, a significant meaning
As part of the “2025 Pink Vacation Campaign – The Kind Step,” HI-FOODS – BAMBOO donated 1,000 notebooks to underprivileged students in Nga Bay Ward, Can Tho City. This is not just a material gift, but also a quiet yet sincere wish for a new school year that is more complete and more secure.
Not just a business in the convenient food sector, HI-FOODS – BAMBOO positions itself as a companion to the community. We understand that a delicious meal is inseparable from a healthy and humane society. Therefore, alongside the mission of elevating daily meals, BAMBOO also hopes to contribute to building a better living environment through initiatives for education, for children, and for a sustainable future.
We believe that development is measured not only by sales but also by the spread of the good values that the brand leaves in the hearts of the community. And the act of donating 1,000 notebooks today is one of the proud steps on that journey.
Ms. Vo Thanh Mai – Representative of HI-FOODS – BAMBOO shared:
“Each notebook is a page that opens up opportunities, each gift is an expression of hope. We believe that investing in the younger generation is also an investment in the future of society as a whole.”
Sowing Knowledge – Reaping Love
In the rustic space of a rural school, the gift-giving ceremony took place in warmth and intimacy. There were no bright stage lights, no lengthy flowery speeches – just eager looks, small hands embracing new notebooks still smelling of paper, and sparkling eyes filled with joy.
One thousand notebooks given away mean one thousand opportunities continued, one thousand dreams continued to be written.
The children received the gifts shyly, but their eyes shone with excitement, as if they were touching their dreams for the first time. For many, this could be the first time in their lives having enough new notebooks to start the school year – and this not only helps them learn better but also gives them a feeling of care and love.
In places that seem remote and lacking, simple acts become a great source of inspiration. Because giving the gift of knowledge is also a way of giving hope for the future – where children grow up not only with literacy, but also with the belief that they are not alone.
HI-FOODS – BAMBOO and the Journey for the Community
From family kitchens to distant rural areas, from delicious meals to sharing actions – HI-FOODS – BAMBOO is always committed to the development philosophy: linking business interests with social responsibility.
We understand that a brand is not only built on product quality but is also nurtured by a heart for the community, through timely and appropriate acts of kindness.
Giving a small part of material value, but receiving back a lot of trust, connections, and humanity – that is how we define sustainable value. Not loud, not flashy, but always persistent – “giving at the right moment” is what HI-FOODS – BAMBOO cherishes and pursues throughout its development journey.
