Here, artisans from GN FOODS directly shape each piece of hakau right before the eyes of visitors. The quick, precise movements along with uniform folds not only provide a visual experience but also help customers better understand the meticulousness in each production step.

Not only observing, many visitors also got to directly experience hakau making, interact with artisans, and feel the value of craftsmanship in the modern food industry.

This activity has become a highlight attracting a large number of visitors throughout the exhibition, while also clearly conveying the philosophy “Handcrafted Meets High-tech” that HI-FOODS is pursuing.

INTRODUCING ROYAL BAMBOO HAKAU AND BON PRODUCT LINE

Also at Vietfood & Beverage – ProPack Vietnam 2026, HI-FOODS officially introduced Royal Bamboo Hakau – a premium product line developed with an improved formula.

The product stands out with upgraded filling components and quality, providing a more complete tasting experience while still preserving traditional values through the handcrafted shaping process with each fold executed by skilled artisans.

In addition, the BON brand also introduced various pizza and convenient cake lines, continuing to expand the product ecosystem to meet the diverse needs of the HORECA, retail, and OEM markets.
